Samir M. Chinoy

Mr. Samir M. Chinoy has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of International Steels Limited on October 1, 2024, Prior to this role, he has served in various positions in International Steels Limited, since September 7, 2009, the latest being Chief Operating Officer and Director on the Board of International Steels Limited. Prior to International Steels Limited, Mr. Chinoy worked at Pakistan Cables, Deloitte and Touché, New York and Foothill Capital (A Wells Fargo Company), Boston.

He is a graduate of Babson College, USA with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Entrepreneurship and a minor in Human Communication. He also is a certified Director from Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance.

Currently, Mr. Chinoy is the Chairman, of the Amir Sultan Chinoy Foundation and Beaumont Plaza Owners/Occupants Welfare Association, he also serves on the management committee of Landhi Association of Trade and Industry and is a Director of Pakgen Power Ltd., Intermark (Pvt) Ltd., Haball (Pvt) Ltd. and IIL Australia (Pvt) Ltd.

Mr. Fahd K. Chinoy

Chief Executive Officer

holds an MBA from INSEAD (France) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, USA. He is currently CEO of Pakistan Cables Limited.

He has previously served in the banking industry, having worked with TD Securities in New York and Toronto as an Associate in various departments including Loan Syndications and Corporate Banking.

He serves on the Board of Directors of Atlas Battery Limited, MCB Investment Management Limited, and the Amir Sultan Chinoy Foundation.  He is also on the Board of Advisors for NOWPDP, serves as the President of the Board of Governors for Pakistan Society for Training & Development (PSTD) and is on the Executive Committee of the Management Association of Pakistan. He is a ‘Certified Director’ from the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance and has previously served on the Board of Focus Humanitarian Assistance Pakistan.

He is on the Board of PCL since 05-05-2017.

Aisha Ijaz

Aisha Ijaz is a development professional with nearly two decades of experience in NGO programming and management, specializing in Violence Against Women (VAW) and Reproductive Health and Rights (RHR). She began her career in 2005 as a peer-support counsellor supporting South Asian survivors of intimate partner violence in New Jersey, USA, and transitioned to RHR work after relocating to Pakistan in 2008.

Aisha spent 15 years at Aahung, one of Pakistan’s leading RHR organizations, where she held multiple leadership roles, including serving as Program Director. She currently serves as a Strategic Consultant with Aahung and as a Strategic Adviser to Amplify Change, a UK-based donor fund supporting civil society advocacy on SRHR. At Amplify Change, she manages a South Asia-focused grant portfolio spanning Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Afghanistan. In addition to her professional roles, Aisha serves on the boards of the Mama Baby Fund, which provides emergency maternal and neonatal healthcare in Karachi.

Aisha holds a B.A. in English Literature from Tufts University, and an MSc in Social Policy and Development (NGO Management) from the London School of Economics and Political Science, where she graduated with merit.
